The magic of baking bread lies in its simplicity. Its authenticity is my own personal joy. My homemade sourdough, with no colourings, emulsifiers and above all no yeast is freshly prepared daily and is my own personal secret. And when it’s just right – you can bake bread at source with Steffi. A good loaf of bread is probably the most popular food source.
