CULINARY DELIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY
We reveal to you what a day full of culinary experiences in the Falknerhof looks like. Your day in the Ötztal begins with a generous breakfast buffet with freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices, ham, speck, cheese and bread: We serve you the best from the region, a large amount originates from the surrounding forests and meadows, our own hunting ground or neighbouring farms – we like to know where our food comes from.
In the afternoon a typical “Etztolar Marende” awaits you, a snack suitable for all tastes from sweet to savoury. Choose between soups, savoury meats and cheeses, salad or homemade cakes and pastries with coffee.
In the evening we spoil you with a 6 course menu of traditional dishes from the Tyrolean kitchen. Taste the freshness of nature within the aromatic ingredients from the region.

- In summer we offer you the opportunity of packing a hiking snack directly from the breakfast buffet.
- A large salad buffet with a selection of homemade dressings. Various high quality olive oils, other oils, vinegars and balsamicos .
- A good choice of spreads for our fresh bread. Naturally a good “shuttelbrot” from south Tyrol is a must!
- A lavish cheeseboard with a selection of cheeses from the region and homemade chutneys.
