On Bike: Grastal

The tour offers a breathtaking view of the mountain panorama of the Ötztal Alps. Starting point is the Tourist Office in Niederthai. You drive into the valley via the Bergmahderweg into the Horlachtal valley until you cross the stream. There, a gravel path leads about 200 meters in altitude into the Grastal valley, before you return to Niederthai via a single trail and then a gravel path.

Bike & Hike enthusiasts can combine the tour with the hike to the Grastalsee. This is located at about 2,533 meters at the end of the valley. On foot it is still about 600 meters in altitude to the lake.
